How do I place an order?
Browse our store, select the product you like, add it to your cart, and complete the secure checkout process.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you before your order is processed.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
Currently, Pawvane does not offer gift wrapping or personalized messages.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are:
• Processing Time: 1–2 business days
• Shipping Time: 3–5 business days (standard shipping)
• Estimated Total Delivery: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we only offer standard shipping. We do not offer expedited or express shipping. Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $5.00 on all orders.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging whenever possible.
We will resolve the issue according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
Pawvane provides free return shipping for all approved eligible returns. Once your return request has been approved, you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Do you offer exchanges?
We are not offering direct exchanges at this moment. Simply return your eligible product and place a new order if you would like a different item.
