Note: Certain product categories (such as personalized items or hygiene-related pet products that have been opened) may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund if the return is approved.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened pet hygiene products
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

7. Return Shipping Costs
Pawvane provides free return shipping for all approved eligible returns.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns.
Items returned without prior authorization or that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this Refund Policy may not be accepted or may not qualify for a refund.
8. Restocking Fees
Pawvane does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
If your return is approved and meets the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy, you will receive your refund without any additional restocking charges.
There are no restocking fees and no return shipping charges for approved eligible returns.
